Shader Effects Build Task and VS 2010

Anybody know what the story is on the Shader Effects Build Task and the Visual Studio 2010 beta? Will it work as is? Is there a newer version of the build task that can be used? Has anybody tried this yet?

Using the build task rather than installing the entire DirectX SDK is great! I'd love to see this built into VS2010 natively!

It works as it with Visual Studio 2010 RTM. But it compiles only for the ps_2_0 profile (according to the sources). However I use it for the Perspective FX framework ( under .NET 4.0.
