Hi,

is there any possiblity to style the DataGridColumnHeader element without losing functionality, because if i use a style with the targettype datagridcolumnheader and the style has a setter which set's the background i can't see the sortdirection icon any more.

I'm having this exact same problem. Can anyone help?

Note: I posted about this on StackOverflow (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1568589/need-help-with-a-custom-style-in-wpf).

Follow-up:

Okay, so it turns out this is a bug in the framework (http://www.codeplex.com/wpf/Thread/View.aspx?ThreadId=37625).

If you follow that thread to the end, you'll come to this thread: http://www.codeplex.com/wpf/Thread/View.aspx?ThreadId=37625

The last answer in that thread doesn't work, but the second-last one provides a legitimate working example.

Hope that helps!
