CanUserAddRows="True" does not work

I have tried changing this setting in my XAML file, but nothing ...
This is the code :

<dg:DataGrid CanUserAddRows="True" CanUserDeleteRows="True"   Grid.Row="0" Grid.Column="0" Grid.ColumnSpan="2" AutoGenerateColumns="false" x:Name="DataGridRessources">
        <dg:DataGridTextColumn DataFieldBinding="{Binding GivenName}" Header="First Name" />
        <dg:DataGridTextColumn DataFieldBinding="{Binding FamilyName}" Header="Last Name" />
        <dg:DataGridTextColumn DataFieldBinding="{Binding MobilePN}" Header="Cellphone" />

When I check wheter CanUserAddRows is true or false, it's always false.

The ItemSource is defined in the .cs file in a Windows_Loaded event. I use IdeaBlade DevForce as my data source. I can see all my data, make changes and commit them. But I don't see the white line at the bottom of the DataGrid to create a new line. My first tought would be because of DevForce... but it's all going well with it.

Any ideas ?!

It is possible that CanUserAddRows is being coerced to false.  Can you give a code snippet or explain more about your data source.
