WPF contextswitchdeadlock when using GroupDescription on large collection

I'm having a collection of data with 90000 items. When I bind this collection to a datagrid, it takes about 4 seconds to load it.

The main problem is if I want to group the datas in the grid. If I use GroupDescription.Add(description), then when it tries to bind it to the view, it stays there, eating 1GB of ram and finally showing a contextswitchdeadlock error.

can anyone give me some information on how to use large collections on datagrifd, or how to use grouping in datagrid on large collections?
